个人履历
黄增光,男,工学博士,教授,硕士生导师,现任best365网页版登录副经理。江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年学术技术带头人,江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象,国际太阳能学会会员,江苏省可再生能源学会理事。
主要承担《新型太阳电池材料与器件》《材料科学与工程学术讲座》《新能源科学与工程专业导论》等本科、研究生教学任务。江苏省一流专业(新能源科学与工程)专业负责人,江苏省一流课程(虚拟仿真)课程负责人,指导员工获江苏省“优秀毕业设计(论文)”三等奖、省“挑战杯”、“全国老员工节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛”、等学科竞赛奖5项、完成国家级老员工实践创新计划项目等4项。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、省自然科学基金面上项目等6项,总共发表SCI论文60余篇,总共引用700余次,其中1篇为ESI高被引论文。在材料类、太阳电池类国际顶级期刊Advanced Functional Materials、Progress in Photovoltaics:Research and Applications发表了关于原子层沉积氧化铝钝化的硅纳微米结构太阳电池和硅基高效纳微米结构太阳电池研究成果,引起国内外同行关注,后者被列为ESI(前1%)高被引论文。撰写专著1部;授权专利8项;获连云港市自然科学优秀学术成果一等奖1项。
